You can book a tour directly through our website, by phone at +61 439 287 156, or by visiting our office at 8 Flinders Lane, Melbourne. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance during peak season (June-August).
We offer full refunds for cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled departure. For cancellations within 72-24 hours, we offer a 50% refund or rescheduling option. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but we do offer rescheduling options when possible.
We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a light jacket (even in summer as it can get cool on the water), a camera, and any necessary medication if you're prone to motion sickness. Water and light refreshments are provided on all tours.
While we have a 95% success rate of whale sightings during peak season, wildlife viewing can never be guaranteed. If no whales are sighted during your tour, we offer a complimentary return ticket to try again within the same season.
Yes, our tours are family-friendly! Children of all ages are welcome. We offer special rates for children under 12 years old, and infants under 2 travel free. We provide child-sized life jackets and have child-friendly facilities on all our vessels.
